Ham Radio, has been a hobby of mine for a long time. I enjoy all aspects, most of all building antennas. The most fun is chasing dx around the world. As of this time I am a Life Member of ARRL and Ten-Ten International, I am also a member of the Alamo DX Amigos, Six-Meter International Radio Klub (SMIRK), Six Club, San Antonio Radio Club, Central Texas DX & Contest Club (CTDXCC), and AmStat. I have the following Awards; DXCC, DXCC SSB, DXCC RTTY, DXCC 10M, DXCC 15M, DXCC 20M, CQDX 2xSSB, CQ Field, CQ USA-CA-500, WAC, WPX, WAS, WAS RTTY, eWAS, eDX, eDX100, ePFX300, W100N, and OSCAR SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS ACHIEVEMENT AWARD.

Now we have PSK31 up and running. What a new mode for me, lots of fun. I have been able to get some new DX with this mode. Look for the KA5EYH station on 14.070mhz and 21.070, and 28.120, and some times even 40m and 80m, we will have a good QSO.

At the present time I have worked over 300 countries with 294 conformed and am looking for more, the motto is GOOD DX.

QSL,ing, I am from the old school you send me one I will send you one.  Do to the high cost of postage I do most of my QSLing VIA LoTW. DIRECT, LoTW and by eQSL are all ok. I will look forward to your card and/or ecard.

I as all of the hams that have worked AO-40 hope it will be up and running again.
I am using a Yeasu FT-847, with a bar-b-que grill, with a patch antenna, and a AIDC 3733 downconverter for down-link and for up-link I am adding a M sq. 30 element CP antenna. Here is looking forward to a good QSO's on AO-40. With AO-40 down and out, we are hoping for a new HEO to be put up.

I also have been on AO-10 ( when it is working), UO-14, AO-27, AO-51, RS-12 and RS-20.

I also have a DX-Cluster running at my QTH, this is for all of San Antonio/Area. Check out the tag Packet Cluster Commands for information.
